1. Quote requests and booking confirmation

A website submission is a request for an offer. It is not a confirmed booking. A service becomes confirmed only after the provider sends an offer, the customer accepts it and the provider explicitly confirms the booking.

2. Prices and payment

The individual offer states the price, currency, included services, applicable taxes and accepted payment method. Website content does not override the conditions stated in the accepted offer.

3. Waiting time and flight delays

Any included waiting time, delay-monitoring process, contact procedure and additional charges are defined in the individual offer. The website does not make a general promise of automatic flight tracking or unlimited waiting.

4. Passenger responsibility

Passengers must provide accurate contact, flight, pickup, destination, passenger and luggage information, follow safety instructions and notify the provider promptly about material changes.

5. Luggage and child seats

Luggage, special equipment and child-seat requirements must be disclosed before confirmation. Availability, suitability and any charge must be confirmed in the offer.

6. Vehicles and substitutions

The requested category is subject to confirmation. Where operationally necessary and legally permitted, a comparable substitute or subcontracted vehicle may be proposed under the conditions stated in the confirmed offer.

7. Cancellations and no-shows

Cancellation deadlines, charges, refund eligibility and no-show conditions are stated in the individual offer before acceptance. Customers should request clarification before accepting an offer if any condition is unclear.

8. Events outside reasonable control

Traffic restrictions, weather, closures, official security measures and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect performance. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and contact
